Stay away, these guys do not deliver at all.
I paid thinking that they would have some better insight in setting up my google business listing.i already had access to the business listing but they continue to claim I had not. My first appointment was a complete canned sales spiel to sign me up for more services. It was a complete waste of time. They were there going to forward me on to a senior specialist who failed on 2 occasions to show up for predetermined meeting set by his company. No cancellation, after I contacted them they claim he had a child that was sick , but even then he did not contact me the following appt a week after.
I sent 4 emails requesting a refund, no response.
And today I speak to some guy who claims to be the director and he starts telling me they had done everything as per the contract. Then he threatened me with a couple of unacceptable alternatives if I try and us bank to get my refund.
