We've thoroughly enjoyed living at the property, and have found property management hugely helpful during our searching a home. Thank you, Exit Lakes Realty Premier.

It was a pleasure working with Chad and his team. Super professional and friendly. We found our dream home in a surprisingly short amount of time. There were a couple of hiccups with the seller and listing agents, but chad was there by our side fighting for us. We are now a happy homeowner of a beautiful house! We are grateful to have a wonderful agent and highly recommend Chad and his team!

This is a review for Chad. He is definitely one of the best and honest brokers out here. He showed us listings that did not even hit the market yet and did not waste our time. He sent us pictures prior to review and really allowed us to find the perfect fit for us.

I would highly recommend this agency. The people are great and they take the stress out of buying a house. I would highly recommend them on the selling and buying side!

I have never used a real estate broker then I came across Exit Lakes Realty Premier. While skeptical at first, she walked me through the process and it became easy. I had a wonderful experience. Chad was an incredible realtor in every possible way. From our first interaction, Chad was patient, professional, client centered and grounded. He listened to exactly what I needed and were looking for and made it happen. I'd highly recommend!
