Browsing for commercial pest control or management services around PA? Meet our specialist from Tko Pest Control. TKO Pest Control - Celebrates 20 Years in Business TKO has come a long way since Collins launched it in 1996. Collins began working for a local pest control company during his late 20's. After suffering a work-related injury he went back to school to study basic entomology and business with the goal of starting his own pest control firm. He named the company TKO in honor of his grandfather Vincent, a boxing fan, and he chose pink and blue as primary colors in recognition of son Austin, and daughter Alisha. With the support of wife Joann, who left her job as a cosmetologist, TKO made it through those trying early years and began building a reputation for delivering quality service. What makes TKO special? TKO Pest Control has been around for over 20 years and maintains a large local customer base because of our focus on relationships rather than mere profit. Our company is big enough to handle all the pest control needs of local residents and business owners but small enough to ensure customers get personalized and dedicated services. That’s why we have over 95% customer retention rate. We strongly believe that happy employees which are invested in the company’s reputation and success encourage them to go the extra mile to keep all our customers happy. Happy and satisfied customers are our #1 goal. This focus and emphasis on relationships makes TKO special and attracts a large number of customers to the brand. They know we have their best interests at heart and will provide the most honest advice on every single call.
