Had contracted this company to do a job under a couple of programs through the city. Things went well until he was no longer able to receive progress payments from the programs. Arrived at our home while we were out, took all his tools and the materials and left. Refused to return and complete the job, or return the materials, until he got paid. Also refused to return unused funds for the project, and threatened to sue us for $19,000. Extremely unprofessional.
