These guys ruined my floors and were unable to fix them. I knew from the beginning there was odd behavior that was making me suspect. Showing up and working for 3 hours when my family was away while the project was being done. The owner showing up and working the next day for 30 mins, 15 of which he sat in the truck and smoked (a very frequent occurrence I may add given we are out of our house while the do this job). When I fired them halfway through the job and asked for insurance info, he gave me a insurance certificate that had expired. When I called the insurance agent on the form they said he was a fraud and hasn't been covered in months.
