I filed a claim with my home warranty company for my dishwasher and the job was assigned to Dynamic Appliance Repair. The technician didn't seem to know what the solution was but wrote down the parts my husband told him he needed. After that, the receptionist, Maricela, gave me the runaround for almost two months, complaining that she could not get in touch with anyone at my home warranty company, that she didn't have the correct authorization number, that she hadn't been paid, etc. I also asked her if the dishwasher was under manufacturer warranty; she said "that was the first thing I checked, and no, it is not." I later found out that it IS under warranty. So Maricela did not bother to check and lied to me that she had. Finally, I received an email saying "your parts have been ordered and should be here next week." There was a storm and mail was delayed, so I gave her an extra week and checked in. Maricela told me she was still waiting on the parts to be delivered and would call me back. Another week went by and I emailed to ask for the tracking number so I could follow up on it myself. Maricela then called me to explain that the parts had NOT actually been ordered because she had not yet been paid by the home warranty company. So she lied to me - TWICE - that the parts were on the way, when in fact they never were. At that point I asked the home warranty company to assign the job to someone else and have filed a complaint with the BBB.
