can't stress this enough. Don't go to this place. We went twice, thinking the first time might have been just a bad experience. 1st time, hurt so bad next day we felt like we had been kidney punched. Even had to go to doctor and get muscle relaxer for pain. 2nd time, (yesterday) horrible. Had to get up early and walk out. They do not know what they are doing. No training at all. Used forearms and elbows totally. Very painful. This is very dangerous as they have the potential to cause great harm. They should be shut down immediately. ZERO STAR
