Truck Medic is a scam company with unqualified workers with no ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Certifications. They should not be touching or working on vehicles nor dealing with the public at all. We had a terrible experience with John. He showed up via a Roadside assistance call. We knew the battery was dead in our truck and needed a jump or a new battery. John sold us a battery that was already used or he failed to install the battery correctly and said that our truck "burned up his battery and that we had serious electrical problems and left us on the side of the road because the road side company had "already paid him". We called another company who installed a new battery and the truck started right up. We contacted Truck Mechanic to request a refund for the battery that he sold us and his response was "Lose My number" and hung up.
