McKenzie Apartment Company is a family owned business that has been building and managing apartments for over 20 years. Nestled in the rolling hills of Middleton, Verona, and Madison's West Side, our apartment communities are all designed around a single concept-making people feel good about coming home. Situated on beautifully landscaped grounds in quiet neighborhoods, they are modern, airy and bright, with top-notch amenities: Unwind in the pool or fitness room, join in a pick-up game of volleyball, hike a serene prairie trail, or take in a sunset from your balcony.
