Rude, disrespectful, unhelpful, apathetic, cynical, indolent, Machiavellian, and miserable. That is just a start a list of words I would use to describe Sergeants Towing Corporation. When I went to their Shaw RD. location to pick up my vehicle, I was met by Greg. Greg literally showed no sympathy towards my situation. When Greg initially showed up, he refused to greet me when I stuck out my hand to introduce myself. While in the office, I cordially asked him questions in regards to the parking policy (as I felt I parked in the early morning, not in the evening), and was met with a short, brash, and rude answer. He told me if I have an issue with the policy that I can take this "paper" and write a complaint. The paper he handed me was for an internal employee complaint. I asked Greg if there was any chance of reducing the fine, as I found the $340 release fine for holding my car less than 12 hours rather unreasonable, his response was "not my problem". I eventually called Greg out on his attitude and asked him why he was acting this way towards me. This complaint clearly infuriated Greg. It caused him to take off his shield style sunglasses, look me in the eyes for the first time to ask if I had a problem. I told him I felt he was being short and rude to me. Greg acting overly aggressive and defensive, told me he acts this way towards everyone because of the line of work he is in (yikes). After Greg puffed his chest to intimidate, he chose to ignore me for the rest of my stay.
