I cannot recommend this company. My daughter's gas stove developed three issues in late November. It still has not been fixed. She is told the part is back ordered. The tech they sent out said he didn't understand this stove. Yesterday it acted up again. My daughter called Steve's. The woman was rude, nasty, hung up on my daughter and then left the phone off the hook for 30 mins. My daughter tried to call back. She just wanted the woman to assure her one of the techs would call her and reassure her. It is a gas stove and she is worried about her safety. Who hangs up on customers and then leaves the phone off the hook?
