Would not recommend this company. They are not dependable and did not follow the instructions for Logisticare Transportation Services, who schedule appointments for nursing home patients, to provide 24 hour notice for cancellations. My brother was scheduled for an appt. at a local hospital, appt was for 0900 they cancelled at 0800 same day 24th Feb 2012. This caused my brother to have nothing by mouth for another 7-days not even ice chips because the transportation and hospital appts had to be rescheduled. Presently, nursing home is attempting to get an appt asap. Unacceptable treatment of our seniors and nursing home citizens.
