Left me with 2 kids under 2 in 100 degree weather on the side of the road after telling me they could take us and our car home and waiting for hours For them. Their solution to carseats not being safe in truck was to just "hold" my daughter in my arms driving down I-5. Chp will be doing an investigation. Horrible awful treatment. Then Wouldn't take a credit card over the phone to get car towed after all of this. New company took 10 minutes to get there. Took cash upon delivery of vehicle. After almost 3 hours, we are finally home and safe. Never use budget towing.
