First rule of thumb....make sure that the person you have answering your phone is polite ! The woman; who i'm assuming is the owner's wife is very rude ! I was calling for another reason. However; she didn't realize that my husband was also in the market for a contractor. Needless to say; we won't be using this company because of her nasty attitude !
