I have never worked with such an unprofessional company.
Tom Dodson professes to be the AdMasters, but ask him about his background, I did. No degree in Advertising, No degree. No prior experience in advertising whatsoever.
VERY junior and extremely small staff you can count on one hand, along with an unreasonable president, who was extremely frustrating to deal with on a specific issue that we could not resolve.
I have worked with many recruitment advertising firms in your years as an SPHR, but I highly recommend you steer clear of AdMasters.

NO RECOMMENDATION AND HERE'S WHY:
1. Dodson has no education or prior experience in advertising. His former wife started the agency. Dodson does not even have a degree.... much less in advertising
2. Dodson has a long history of deception, in fact the data on this Manta listing is wrong. The agency is barely holding on and Dodson has considered bankruptcy many times
3. The team does NOT have extensive experience.......... hiring the least expensive new grads is not extensive experience.
4. This is a company with a couple of employees and no real assets
5. They have ZERO experience in Corporate Communications or Brand Advertising. This is another false claim by Dodson
6. Dodson has had failed and bankrupt companies, including media vendors not paid
