I have never worked with such an unprofessional company. Tom Dodson professes to be the AdMasters, but ask him about his background, I did. No degree in Advertising, No degree. No prior experience in advertising whatsoever. VERY junior and extremely small staff you can count on one hand, along with an unreasonable president, who was extremely frustrating to deal with on a specific issue that we could not resolve. I have worked with many recruitment advertising firms in your years as an SPHR, but I highly recommend you steer clear of AdMasters.

The team does NOT have extensive experience.......... hiring the least expensive new grads is not extensive experience. 4. This is a company with a couple of employees and no real assets 5.
