If I could leave zero stars I would. James installed my roof in 2014, but low-and-behold he didn't install to code. I only found this out when the roof developed major leak problems 6 years later. I had another company repair the roof, and they were shocked at what they found he hadn't done during the initial install. No drip edges and missing flashing. My house could have been ruined. James Robertson was very rude and unprofessional once I told him about needing to have the roof fixed. He tried to say it wasn't under warranty - it was with a ten year warranty. I took him to small claims court in 2020. He lost and still has not paid the claim. Two months later, he changed the name of his roofing business. James Robertson is a terrible human being who cuts corners and then gets angry when you call him on it. Don't hire this man for anything.
