Pair Networks Hosting in Pittsburgh, PA 15203 will run your business into the ground. We've been using them for two years now, and this year alone they had 3-4 extended e-mail outages. We are talking about outages for days, not hours or a few minutes of downtime you night experience else where. The most recent one which is still in progress started on 7/25/2012 approximately at noon, it's now 7/26/2012 1pm and our e-mail has still not fully been restored. They basically shut our business down already for 2 days during business hours, we are not bale to receive or send any e-mail on any of our account. The bigger problem with this outage is their support team said that they were doing system upgrades that's why their servers crashed. The problem is: A. This is not the first time this happened. B. Why are they doing repairs during business hours. C. They've yet to notify us once about their maintenance schedule, nor have they notified their customers about this current disaster. Pair Networks is a company you want to stay far away from, unless you can afford to go 2 days without e-mail. I'm writing this review to make others aware of the potential pitfalls of using Pair Networks as a hosting provider. J
