Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience and Im highly disappointed in the service..I came to the office and ordered and paid for Prom pic for my daughter to only find out 12day later my pic hadn't been ordered yet. Ordered Apr 27 and reCeived a call today May 9, 2016 asking which package did I order..U can't be serious, Im livid. If I didn't really want my daughter Prom pictures I would cancel my order..this is so unprofessional and I hope this isn't a habit of your business..I guess my suggestions is to get more qualified employee. Cause this doesn't make since to come to your Office to personally order pic and this mistake happens..And all I get is we are sorry and rush me off the phone.
