This guy knew nothing and prepped even less. I was facing a up hil battle for custody arangements of my son, but Sam Moore didnt do a damn thing. Literally the day before court, I met with him and he asked if I even had a JOB. Been in the military 15 years and he knew nothing of my case. His secretary is the one who did all the work and asked all the questions. I would of rather had her in the court. He was a log and talked about his health care with my ex's attorney. He had a blank sheet of paper and made a line down the middle of it and wrote across the header when the Judge started to speak. THAT WAS HIS PREPPING FOR COURT!!! The judge couldn't even make a ruling on 2 of the things in my favor cause it wasn't addressed on paper. WHAT A JOKE. This guys whole mentality is "your gonna lose" so why bother. OK!, but atleast do what the hell I paid you for. He asked my ex 1 question 3 different ways, which benefited thier case. A complete moron with the lack of his clients intentions. Literally LOST. I seen and been through some BS in my life, this is instant top 3. I don't give a damn about his marriages and his issues. But I knew more abouit his situation then he did mine. My ex left court with more then she was asking for. How screwed up is that? Lets say she asked for 2 things, she got 5. I asked for 3, only 1 was addressed and he didn't even argue it. What kind of practice is this? 1500 dollars for him to tell me to get another attorney cause he didn't do his damn job. ESAD
