Through nonjudgmental and collaborative care, my life's work is dedicated to work with patients in a therapeutic partnership to not only relieve pain, but transcend their emotional suffering to find life meaning and purpose. I am passionate in working with patients to expand their creativity as a way to find happiness and fulfillment. Working with the unconscious process in the therapeutic relationship, through dreams and free association, dysfunctional processes are illuminated and changed. ​ In addition to having traditional psychiatric training, I have more than a decade of international and national spiritual training which includes mindfulness techniques and daily meditation. I view adversity and illness, not from a place of victimhood, but as an opportunity for expanded awareness. I am passionate about what can be learned from the intersection of psychotherapy and spirituality. ​ In practice for over 29 years, I work with adults and adolescents strive to find happiness and fulfillment.
