You would think this father and son owned business would be more respectable. One would also think that a father would set a better example for his son. The way he conducts his business is dishonest and sleazy. We bought a car a little over a month ago here. The owner promises to you that most of whatever could be wrong with your car after you have it inspected he will take care of within 30 days. At my inspection the inspector told me that he noticed a clicking noise that he suggested I go to get checked out again by the dealership since I was under warranty. I took it back and the owner said unless he could personally hear the noise he wasn't going to look at it. When we went for a test drive he even accused me of making up the noise! It was all written up with the inspection. It honestly was like going back to a whole different place the way his demeanor changed. Obviously then showing his true colors. He "extended" that particular noise problem to a 60 day warranty but I had quickly figured out he never actually intended to fix anything. All talk- no real help. Then today- found out my transmission will need replaced. This place obviously sells lemons. Luckily, I am fortunate enough to be able to fix the problem in my vehicle- but for those who are looking for a reliable car that you're not gonna have to dump more money into do not shop at this place. I wish I would've read some of the reviews beforehand. I would never recommend this place to anyone in Martinsburg or in all of West Virginia. Find yourself a more honest dealership. This ain't it- don't waste your time! If I could go back and pick a different place I would in a heartbeat.
