Worst business I have ever seen. If Ken is the owner I'm surprised he's still in business. I have never been threatened to have the cops called on me for trespassing before. I wouldn't trust these crooks and incompetents with anything of value nor would I purchase any product from them. I filed a complaint with the Virginia Better Business Bureau, the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce, and the State Attorney General's office. Additionally, this place advertises themselves as an authorized Lund dealer. I contacted Lund and told them of my experience and they assured me that Outdoor Power Depot is NOT an authorized dealer. They are not listed on Lund's website. As far as I'm concerned this place is practicing false advertising. If you don't believe me just check out any number of other sites with customer reviews. I hope you don't become another victim of these scum.
