I bought a cash car from this company a couple months ago. The inspection was out but I was told it would pass and i didn't mind paying to get it done when i got back to Garland. There was also a missing front light cover that was supposed to have been ordered. I have called Several times and have yet to recieve the light cover that was supposedly sent to me and THE INSPECTION WILL NOT PASS. I have contacted a lawyer and found out I am covered by the lemon law and emmisions law. know that IT IS UNLAWFUL for a dealership to sell you a car that will not legally pass the emmisions test. I was given a few options by my lawyer in ways I can proceed. I will update this review after hopefully getting to talk to the salesman and give them a chance to make it right. If not, he will either have to give my money back (with me giving the car back) or he can see my face in court. It will be all up to him. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. HAVE ANY CAR INSPECTED FIRST IF YOU DO.
