This company has the worst employer to employee communications ever experienced in life. Owner will tell you to go home and masturbate when work is slow. Supervisors yell at there employee's at the top of there lungs chasing off man after man. The supervisors start up nasty rumors about other employee's that are lies just to make trouble and to make employee's fight with each other and talk behind there backs. The owner Dale Mayer has a horrible nasty foul mouth and treats his employee's like there shit under foot. He steals from clients by lieing, stealing and shorting supplies and handing in more trucks loads then was delivered. He's a cheater and a thief and needs to be brought to justice. This job at Jem Construction is THEE job at the BOTTOM of the BARREL. I recommend any person looking for a job stay 100 miles clear even run as fast as you can away from this DEVILS PIT of nasty Butler Brothers (Dave - supervisor & Jim - foreman liar's and deviant malicious devil's) and even nastier vile owner named Dale Mayer. They don't pay there people there worth and cut down on over-time, there greedy, selfish and wrong hearted people.
