I am POA for an elderly lady who used to live in this park. She sold her trailer and the property was in great condition when she left it in Septenber. As of today - Dec. 5,2012, she still has not recieved the balance of her deposit refund. I have contacted the park manager numerous times and can get no satisfaction. She will not give me the phone # of the company owner to complain to the company. The previous owner of the trailer did not get her deposit back of $250.00 either. She did leave a water bill of $40.00 though. My lady owed NOTHING! hAS ANYONE ELSE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THIS PLACE? PLEASE CONTACT ME @ [email protected]. ELDERLY FOLKS CANNOT AFFORD TO BE RIPPED OFF LIKE THIS!!!
