A well-established Pet Salon serving the Bowling Green area 20+ years. Providing a professional staff and natural products in a relaxing atmosphere. Welcome to A Cut Above Pet Salon, a state of the art Pet Salon and Spa for dogs and cats. A Cut Above Pet Salon has been pampering pets in Bowling Green for over two decades under the keen eye of Lori Young. Lori is a 1993 graduate of The Nash Academy of Animal Arts, Lexington, KY and a member of IPG. It is Lori’s belief that kind, humane and comfortable treatment of the pets, as well as top notch styling and personal service, is not just common sense… it’s good business! Only the most talented, kind and skilled Stylists and Spa Techs call A Cut Above Pet Salon their career home, dedicating their time and skill to pampering your beloved four legged friends. We groom both dogs and cats and our only objective is to care for your pet as we do for our own, giving your dog or cat the best in coat care as well as a style you can both live with. A Cut Above uses Hydrosurge bathing technology to assure that your pet is squeaky clean... the jets of sudsy warm water turns the bath into a relaxing experience and enables our staff to check each pet thoroughly for any skin or coat condition that might require a visit to the vet. Many of our clients have been with us through several "generations" of pets and we are proud to have earned their trust and loyalty! Why don't you and your pet become members of the A Cut Above family today? We groom Monday through Friday by appointment, so please call us now to assure your pet an opportunity to be pampered! Please note: All pets must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo and Bordatella vaccinations. We ask that you to bring proof of vaccinations from your Vet on your pet's first appointment. Our mission is to provide a healthy and positive grooming experience for your pet in a professional, clean and stress-free environment where owners will feel confident leaving their pets for care. All pets will be treated with kindness and consideration as well as with a professional and humane approach. Our focus on continued education in the pet styling industry helps maintain our high standards of safety and style so we can continue to deliver consistent high quality care and grooming. It is our goal to assure owners that their pets will be treated with the same love and respect as we treat our own personal pets. We are truly animal people which, is reflected in our genuine compassion for your precious pets and our dedication to caring for them humanely!
