My recommendation is that everyone avoid this store. The words customer service means nothing to them. Instead of issuing a refund of store credit they issued over $3000 in gift cards and mailed them to our new address in SC clearly indicating they could be used anywhere. We had to leave Mo and move due to circumstances beyond our control so could not complete the purchases in Springfield. Several attempts to resolve the issue have gone unanswered or totally ignored by staff members Jeff and Jerrod. They never return calls as promised and refuse to made any effort to return our money of transfer it to a store in SC so we can make a purchase here as planned. We want to do business with Ashley but this store has make it impossible to do so.
