We made an appointment a week ago for A/C service stating that the fan was working but A/C was not. The appointment was for this coming Friday at 8-830am. I called back today to verify and was told by Annette that she could not honor the appointment and that it was incorrectly filed as a tuneup. We were given the runaround and ultimately told that “we weren’t a good fit” and that they could recommend some other A/C repair companies in the area. I hope other customers aren’t being treated the same way.
