Through a very structured process, Steve and his staff, lead my soon to be ex husband and I through the detangling of our lives and division of our assets to dissolve our marriage in a way we felt good about. Steve has years of legal and "people and conflict management" experience, and is an ethical, smart person. He was firm when he needed to be, gentle when needed to be and always respectful. He helped the two of us transition from a really ugly place in our divorce process, where we argued over everything, to a spiritual and peaceful place to part ways with love and respect. Odd as it sounds, Erickson mediation was restorative. We went from toxicity to grace. Thank you Steve and staff!

I have to compliment Steve and the years of experience he obviously brought to the table at Erickson Mediation Institute. Steve was calm and firm at all times, making clear the issues that I was unable to comprehend for months and thereby validating me. I had to take a step out on faith that the mediator would be sensitive to the issues of a controlling angry spouse. My fears were put to rest and I highly recommend using this service.
