Do not rent from Grove Hill. The owner Mark Steiner could care less about tenants. His maintenance man Carlos Rivas ( an illegal immigrant ) has sec with women in empty apartments. While over 15 other maintenance men have quit because of Carlos disgusting behavior. He condones the maintenance man to break into female tenants' apartments. He does not care as long as he is collecting rent. The rent will increase every year. The dumpsters will over flow an smell because Carlos makes side deals and lets his friends use the dumpster. In winter if you have not shown the maintenance men interest, Carlos will push all snow infront of your car. Owner knows doesn't care. Its a FEMALES NIGHTMARE!!!! DO NOT RENT THERE EVER!!
