Dropped a suit that was worn a few times for it's first dry cleaning ever. Picked up today and while putting away at home noticed a dime sized patch of missing fabric on lapel. Went back to store, spoke with owner named Frank Murphy Jr., who proceeded to tell me that it looked like a burn and that I brought it in that way because there was no way it happened at his establishment. Accused me of bumping into a smoker's cigarette. Refused to anything about it and invitedme to take it to small claims court. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH ANYTHING YOU VALUE!
