I am a new customer, when I called - playing phone tag - I had received the call back, when I called I was talked to as 'why are you calling - me' no customer service or respect to whoever (me) is on the line. I understand not knowing who the caller is when you talk to many people through out the day but you can still treat the person in a positive way and not as 'you called me - why?" Then with my question of service question ME with .. how do you know? As though I don't know what I am talking about. Really bad service on the phone and in treatment. Really - wont' get kudo's from me ..
