I had an awful experience with this company. They were supposed to pick me up and take me to a medical facility and lied and never showed up. They are pathological liars the dispatcher kept saying he would send a car every 10 minutes and never showed up. This was for a sick person as they have a contract with the city. they are scammers and should loose the contract or not tell people they will show and confirm it and lie and leave them sick and hanging. I hope they loose their license to do business with the sick and poor, they are only in it for the money, I laugh when I read the other fake ad. They wouldn't know compassion if it bit them in the you know what. SHAME ON YOU for treating sick people this way..
