Horrible customer service. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I am purchasing property In Puerto Rico and needed a power of attorney as I can't travel due to my medically fragile daughter (exposure to COVID will kill her). I called inquiring about having the power of attorney notarized and the women was so rude and simply said "Yeah, we are not notarizing that for you, find another notary." And she hung up the phone. Not sure if it was because I was speaking English? The document I need notarized is in Spanish. I literally grew up 1 block from this notary and have done business there in the past, I have driven by this establishment for the last 30 years and immediately thought of them when I needed Spanish notary services. After the awful interaction, I called Don Jose's Notary on Oley St in Reading and received excellent customer service. The women was courteous, very helpful, very detailed and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend everyone ditching Morales Notary and instead giving Don Jose's Notary a try. I am always drawn back to the neighborhood where I grew up, I travel weekly there to buy groceries always try to use small business in Reading when I can. This is one I will never use or recommend AGAIN.
