We had a major leak less than a year ago, and they fixed it. Well it's back to the tune of a $500 water bill. I called them last week, and he said he'd call me back and come look at it. I've called him all this week, and he finally called me today and said he was leaving to go out of town till Sunday and he was full next week, but he was SURE it wasn't due to his work! Basically, it's not his problem.... yet he won't bother to even come look at it! Now my meter has been running over a week because of him!
