Cliff Lagerud made me a custom saddle maybe 15 or 20 years ago. He put in a custom 1/2 padded seat, & did a fantastic job carving the leather, everything was done exactly to my specifications, & it turned out perfectly. I couldn't have been happier with it (I later had the background dyed black, which really made the design pop). I still love that saddle, & had I ever never ridden a more comfortable saddle. Mr. Langerud was very helpful & patient over the phone, going over every detail with me, to endure a great fit & my complete satisfaction.
