The alternator on my car went out. They fixed the wire connecting the alternator, said that was all it needed. Two weeks later the same problem recurred. They had it towed in (at my expense), only worked on the wire again, DID NOT REPLACE THE ALTERNATOR, and said that was all it needed. The next morning it would not start, same problem. They said if I had it towed in they would work on it again. Nope. They will put you in the poor house with their half-measures.
