Board is filled with crooks who will do whatever it takes to get their way. Very fishy people who can be extremely rude if you question them or their methods. They tend to over look the laws that don't fall in their favor. They have "assessed" the owners a total of three times for fences which never got completely put up. If you don't agree with them they will try to intimidate you. The board meetings are a joke which very rarely follow their own rules. They canceled termite protection and didn't even tell the owners. Poor management that squanders money. Office manager especially is a joke and very very rude. She talks down and belittles people both on the phone and in person. Very sad overall.

Beware WARNING this is an extremely hostile Condominium Association .All you have to do is read their web page, any Association thats has their law firm listed ! Should be red flag number one. Red flag number 2 read reviews of this Association none but the one written by board members are positive. Red flag number 3 they have absolutely positively no respect for the laws of the land , They count on you not challenging them legally as its to costly for you to, they run over your civil rights !, I THEREFORE DO NOT RECOMMEND SHADYBROOK !
