I have never left my children in the care of another while they were growing up, ever...just didn't trust anybody to do as good a job as I or my wife could. That was until i had to and the agency that was recommended above all others in the Philadelphia area was "Your Other Hands" being in the business of looking into backgrounds and vetting people I did my due diligence checking them out and found out that not only are they vetted by the Secret Service they are tops in their field...This made it an easy choice for me to entrust my children to them without trepidation. They far exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them to anybody who has even a second thought about "what if". If they are in the care of "Your Other Hands" they are in Good Hands you can be assured. If you want a night out or are just stuck and need childcare at a moments notice, these are the folks to call. I had the pleasure of using the services myself to care for my 3 kids all 15 months apart, as I went to a banquet. In a matter of hours, YOH secured a sitter for me, and watched them at the location. My kids still ask if they will see the nanny again and that was 3 years ago.

We were wondering why all our friends had date night & we didn't. Had to fix that, so as a savvy mom I went on line & set up a date night with an Internet Nanny site. I was so excited got my hair done had dinner reservations only to be left hanging.The woman called us a half hour prior to arrival time and said that another customer called extremely upset & offered much more money, she said she was sorry & hung up. WHAT ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I was frantic to say the least, I emailed & called the company to no avail. There are" no real people" operating this site, no one to be held 'accountable' for the lack our of reserved nanny not showing up. So much for being savvy, I wound up looking great for delivered pizza. Then later that week had pediatricians app's & asked about this service. My own pediatrician here in Philadelphia said, and I quote" Oh,' you should have used who we use for our children'," YOUR OTHER HANDS." They are dependable reliable and owner lives locally and is 100% accountable. Read more reviews on line and could not believe I lived in the city where this company is based and the difference in care delivered to our door now is beyond our expectations ans we are getting our monies worth, a dream in and of itself. I seriously can not recommend this company to others like us who need reliable child care in our home for our hours and life styles. They do not advertise which is why I did not know word of mouth strictly and now I know why they are just that GOOD!

As a busy working mother it is extremely important for me to be able to have quality childcare at a moments notice. Life has so many unforseen moments that it's hard to plan for everything. Having a company like Your Other Hands in my Rolodex allows me to work without worrying. If my son wakes up sick I can call them and have a nanny at my house quickly and easily. More than that, the nanny that comes will be extremely caring and efficient. I cannot fathom where else I could find such a great level of childcare. If you want and need a great childcare service Your Other Hands should be at the top of your list!
