Acording to my Experience with this company,i can say it has the WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIFICALLY THE ACCOUNTS DEPT.THIS LOCATION IS A BLACK SHEEP AMONG THE OTHER MANHEIM LOCATIONS.RUDE STAFF KEEP YOU HOLD FOR HOURS IN A CALL.MY BUYING ENDED WITH MANHEIM AUCTIONS THROUGH THIS LOCATION AND IT CUSTOMER SUPPORT.BEWARE BEFORE YOU PUT YOUR MONEY CUZ THEY ARE HELPLESS WHEN YOU ASK THEM FOR ASSISTANCE REGARDING PURCHASE.
