If there is any other company that fixes sweepers please go there. Their customer relationship is non existent. When I called to see if my vacuum was ready for pickup the representative told me no and that if I wanted my sweeper I could pick it up at any time. He did not pleasantly speak to me nor offer any explanation as to when I could expect my product back. When I called I certainly didn't expect to basically be told off, and when I told him I hope he has a better day then he obviously hasn't had up to that point, he hung up. I called the owner and he said the representative "was having a bad day." But after that.....I was having a bad day. Customer expect to be treated with respect and at least some information about their product.
