We do pre-planning and crisis planning estate planning work for Seniors and their families. We provide estate planning services for Seniors with the objectives of protecting assets for the benefit of the Senior during their life and getting the appropriate powers of attorney documents in place to ensure that the Senior's financial and health care needs are met during their lifetime. When the Senior dies. our goal is to have documents in place that will ensure that the Senior's estate passes as they wish without the necessity of probate.
