Flat-out the best over-the-phone customer service I have had with any LA appliance or plumbing company. Personable, accomodating, helpful. The installation guys are not only good, but also extremely personable, helpful, extremely knowledgable and loaded us up with useful information about appliances in our kitchen they weren't even installing.
