My car was rear-ended on February 23rd. My insurance company, Progressive, chose this place to repair the damage. It has been sitting there for most of that time, waiting on parts. We all know there are supply issues, so it is inconvenient but understandable. However, the parts on my car came in over two weeks ago. I was told that my car would be ready by the end of last week. I called last Thursday, and a woman said that my car was just being painted because my technician had been out all week. This means that when I talked to them that Monday, they could have said it might be delayed. They did not. My adjuster spoke to them Tuesday, and again, they did not say anything. They never bothered to let me know when I called or updated me by picking up the phone themselves. They said it would be ready yesterday or today. I just called, and they said my car is being painted, and they hope I will get my car back Friday. I said no, my car was painted last Thursday. Now I'm waiting on a manager to call me back. They do not keep you updated, do not complete work on time, and their customer service is non-existent. This chain is the Walmart of collision work. I would strongly advise you to use someone else.
