I booked a stay at this farm for Mother's Day and my Sons birthday through Hipcamp. Unfortunately, we got rained out. My Mom spoke with our host at the farm and he agreed to give us a refund. He advised it would take 10-14 days. I waited and waited and nothing. I tried to contact him again. The host, Bren has since ignores me and refuses refund. I contacted hipcamp and he ignores them as well. I am now in the process of sending them proof of inclement weather that weekend so they can refund me and then circle back to him. I'm a single mother. I was trying to plan a nice thing for my Son and my Mother. I didn't call for the rain. It just stinks. Never again!
