Horrible, unprofessional customer service. Mr. Zach is obviously having some anger management issues that need addressing. Refusing to return phone calls for five days after promising prompt phone calls. Calling a customer in an irate, belligerent tone, telling them off and slamming the phone down (hung up). I simply wanted to confirm a delivery date for a 4K mower I paid for in full on July 9, 2012. I would never recommend Zachs Outdoor Equipment of Green Cove Springs for anything. Scary folks! Go somewhere where they appreciate your business and patronage. Zach should be ashamed of the way he treats good paying, polite customers! You won t be in business much longer with your poor attitude. Grow up!

Well Mr. Smith if you are so proud of your review of our business why didnt you use you real name Mr. McGranahan or that your "4k paid for"mower wasnt even purchased from us? The mower was purchased from Home Depot.com we make no profit from the sale of the mower we are paid a fee to deliver and set up the unit and the fee proabaly didnt cover the 72 miles one way we had to go to deliver it or the techs. time for set up. In the future if you want better service maybe you should get off the computer and go into a independent dealer where you get the one on one personal service you want
