This company owns several apartment communities accross Florida. I have lived at The Villas at PalmBay in Palm Bay, Florida. I moved out because of the new office staff. This place has become very unprofessional. Women in the office have made sexual remarks, with residents and children around. VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL and NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY! Dilip Barot must not care about what kind of impression they are making at his buisness(`a family community`). As a buisness owner I would have never hired these women, especially with piercings and tattoos everywhere. The office at times looks and smells like a bar! Just what non-smokers want to smell walking in the office! They are also rude to those whom they cannot communicate (ie. Spanish, chinese...). Mr. Barot will not be a multi-millionaire for long, these women are going to get him sued! Good Luck if you are in any connection with this company!
