At All Pro Maids, our mission is to create clean, safe, and joyful spaces for every client we serve-while building a legacy of care, creativity, and community. We believe that cleaning is more than a service-it's an act of respect, empowerment, and pride. Led by Karen Mentzer, a first-time small business owner at age 55, All Pro Maids is proudly woman-owned and LGBTQ-owned. Karen brings 12 years of experience as a licensed realtor, where she helped clients navigate homeownership with care and clarity. That foundation now fuels a business built on trust, detail, and purpose.
