I tried to do business with this company and they sent me a contract by docusign that was incorrect and incomplete. I corrected and completed the contract signed it and sent it back to them. They refused to accept that despite that I had waited 3 days for them to do the service. They sent me another contract by docusign which I signed by docusign and sent back. They still refused to do the service so I lost 3 days when I could have had someone else do the service. I suggest that you find someone else to provide you these services. I ended up using Ken Okin at Precision Mold Testing and was happy with him. His # is 858 442 7786. He was prompt and thorough.
