I would NOT use Cornerstone Foundations. While they did a nice job on our top patio, they came out in the dark using only a cell phone light to do the bottom patio. Blistering unaddressed by them turned into scratches that have not been addressed by them after numerous emails and voice mails. They do not respond well, they do not communicate well. Don't spend the money
